Where do We Start? What’s the Entry Point?
The answer to this question is a function of a very frank, one-on-one conversation with me as we take an objective look at you, your team/organization and the challenges you’re facing. Some possible entry points are:
- Building a High Performance Team: At least once in your life, you’ve been on such a team. There is power in having the tools to create such a team rather than hoping for luck or “chemistry” to strike again in the future. You begin to master these principles and tools.
- Cross Boundary Collaboration: In the 21st Century, as organizations become more global and more complex, a “systems mentality” will replace a “silo mentality”. Executives and managers will need to learn how to have influence where they have no authority. In other words, their ability to generate commitment needs to be greater than their ability to command compliance. You begin to master these principles and tools.
- Executive Coaching: As an executive and manager, are you as good at your “game” as Tiger Woods is at his? Are you aware that Tiger has a coach? Why? Because he is weak and incompetent? NO! Because Tiger has “blind spots” in his game. So do you. As your coach, I help you see them, thus accelerating your personal development as your career advances.
Chuck has consistently elevated my level of understanding for the value of
effective communication. . .with my team and the company at-large. The consequence
of that new proficiency is an improved ability to lead the continuum of change facing the organization.
