WHAT MAKES MY APPROACH UNIQUE?

Over the last 30 years I have offered my executive coaching, consulting and facilitation expertise to more than 80,000 people and to over 30 organizations and businesses across a wide range of industries. These individuals and teams have been my research base and have been instrumental in the formation of my approach. I don’t have lot of patience for theory. The only way I have found to learn is by getting into action. I feel so strongly about this, that I have dedicated myself and my methodology to this fundamental principle.
